Original Complete US Marine Army "WINTER" Combat Uniform Group

- This Grouping could of been at the Chosin Reservoir Battle -

 THIS IS A VERY NICE DISPLAY GROUPING - In great battlefield condition

This is an excellent museum quality Korean War all original, US Marine combat winter uniform group. This is a early US Marine Korean War winter combat uniform, the Marine that wore this uniform may have participated in the battle of the Chosin Reservoir.  This would be correct for the type of uniform that was worn by the US Marines at that battle. The grouping consists of - 1). A battle worn US Marine M1941 utility jacket, made late WWII used in Korea, round bottom front pocket, late period marine buttons, all original, great battle worn shape. 2). US Marine Trousers, again round back pockets, Korean period. 3.) US utility 1911 web belt with leather 1911 holster marked - ""S&R" "J.P.G." all original and in great shape. 4.) US  WWII Canteen marked and dated - ""U.S.", "A.G.M. CO.", "1945" , canteen cup, Marked - "U.S." , "FOLEY?", "1945", late WWII war made, used in Korean War, winter canteen cover, marked - "U.S."  5.) US Marine upper and lower field bag, late WWII made with full flaps, Korea war issued, in great shape. 6.) US Marine 1945 poncho wrapped around his field bags with US Marine blanket inside, all correct markings for late WWII manufactured and used Korean War.  6.) His M1948 Russet combat boots, Korea War, great shape, nice boots.  7.)  US  M1 Helmet late WWI swivel bale, Korean War straps, Korean War liner. Real nice Korean War period correct helmet.  With his camouflage USMC cover, 2nd pattern, with slits and additional slits made by the Marine with his K-Bar knife for his helmet chinstraps. All shapes on the Marine Covers are correct and autentic, the stiching is also correct with open serage triangle "saw tooth" on the desert tan side and closed serage on teh jungle green side. This is a trure WWII manufactured Marines helmet cover, it has the EGA "Egale Globe and Ancher" so it means it was used for the Korean War. Manufactured WWII, issued in teh Korean War. This is the real thing and fantastic looking on the helmet and with the whole display.  8.) Original Korean War U.S. Mk 2 Knife, by Utica Co., sheath is unmarked and in great shape, all original, period correct.  9.) His winter field Parka, small rip in sleeve, nice battle worn shape, made late WWII 1943 or 44.  10.) His 1945 marked first aid pouch.  11.) His 1945 marked M1 Carbine magazine pouch. -SOLD -
