Everything I sell comes with a 15 day inspection period from the day the item is received, 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.  I will accept returns within the time period for any reason and will gladly refund your money less shipping and fees. I accept, MO, PayPal, personal check, VISA, Master Card and American Express (items that are purchased with personal check payments will be shipped after the check has cleared, 7-10 days.) Buyer pays all shipping charges, shipping charges depends on insurance cost, item weight, and shipping area. FREE Shipping for all items over $3,000.

Orders

Orders cannot be added to, changed, or modified, once the order has been placed. Make sure you go through your order completely before placing the order. Make sure the order is correct, our orders are processed quickly, once the order enters the order pull stage, we are unable to change or modify the order.

Return Policy

If an item(s) you have purchased is returnable, you have 15 days from time of shipment to return the item(s) for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and you, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping charges to emilitariacollector.com. Please note that we do not "rent" anything so buying it, using it and trying to return it after use is not permitted. No items that are used, altered or damaged by the customer may not be returned. The disposition and condition of any item returned for credit or exchange will be determined and defined only and exclusively by eMilitariacollector.com. No verbal communications or claims of verbal communications, regardless of content, will be considered.

If an item is not as described or you the customer is unhappy within 15 days from time of shipment, you may return it to emilitariacollector.com for a refund. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping charges to send the item back to emilitariacollector.com. Once emilitariacollector.com receives and inspects the defective or returned item, emilitariacollector.com will promptly ship out a replacement if available at no charge to you, or refund your money. Once we receive the item, emilitariacollector.com will inspect the item and credit you accordingly, based on how your purchased the item. Emilitariacollector.com reserves the right to determine if an item is defective or not.

All returns require authorization from emilitariacollector.com. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) written on the outside of the package. Call emilitariacollector.com (530) 339-6161 or email us at frank@emilitariacollector.com for your (RMA) no. Items returned must be in the original packaging that was shipped and be in the same condition received by customer. If we receive a shipment without an (RMA) no. the customer may not receive a timely refund or a refund at all. We will attempt to contact the customer in these situations to get the problem rectified, If the customer elects not to, or we do not receive a response within 30 days, we will not be able to refund or credit the item.

LTL Truck Shipments

Truck drivers are subject to a number of regulations, one of which is that they are not required to assist with unloading. The most assistance that can be provided is “lift gate” service which will place the shipment outside of the truck for your removal. It costs extra and must be requested for any residential delivery or any commercial delivery that does not have loading dock /forklift resources immediately available. Without lift gate service arranged, the freight deliveries are made at curbside, and your merchandise is moved to the back of the truck. You are responsible for unloading.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect all items upon delivery. If you are present at the time of the delivery and an item arrives damaged please refuse the item (do not accept the shipment from the driver) and notify eMilitaria Collector (530) 339-6162 Store immediately. If you are not present during the delivery please inspect the items within 24 hours of package delivery time and notify eMilitaria Collector Store of any damage. You have 1 day from the delivery date to notify eMilitaria Collector Store of products damaged in transit.

Refused Shipments

All refused shipments will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be credited.
