Original WWII German Luftwaffe M-40 Overcoat w/M-35 Helmet

- M-40 Overcoat and Double Luftwaffe Decal M-35 Helmet 

 - THIS IS A GREAT HELMET- In Battle Used Condition -

This is an all original WWII German M40 Overcoat with all his gear and (M-35) Double Decal Luftwaffe Helmet grouping. The grouping is all original and contains the following: 1.) His field overcoat in great shape, field gray, with Luftwaffe Obergefreiter (Corporal) rank patch on his left arm. 2.) His Luftwaffe Helmet, an excellent example of a smooth, blue / grey finish. The two decals are in great shape and all original to the helmet. The tri-color shield decal is 90% intact and the Luftwaffe Eagle is 85% intact. Helmet stamped with manufactures code mark "SE66" (Sachsische Emallier) on side of the interior. Liner is in good shape, dark brown leather, with normal wear and discoloration from use.The rear inside skirt is marked with the steel lot number "4022". On the back inside rear flange of the shell, next to the lot number, are two small grey paint out spots. I believe this to be period done and was used to paint over the soldiers name. No dents, cracks, splits or extra holes in this helmet. Liner is all original, dark brown leather, all rivets/split pins and washers intact. Liner is a dated "1938 DPR", stamped on outside band - (D.P.R., over - SHUBERTH WERK , over - BRAUNSCHWEIG, over - 1938). on the other side of the band is stamped - "66nA 58". The chinstrap is all original, with original parts and buckle, no markings.   3.) His M98k German Bayonet with Frog, dated 1944 with 16 arm marks. 4.) his german canteen with bakelite cup, near mint condition, hard to find any better. 5.) His combat leather "Y" starps marked "Rbnr" one small reapir to strap, not noticable. 6.) Two ea. three cell Mauser style K98 ammo pouches, great shape marked and dated - "Sattier Lago Wien 1940" and the other "Dtd 1942". 7.) Luftwaffe drop tail EM/NCO belt buckle with crank catch. 8.) A dummy WWII German antipersonnel land mine. (marked dummy) 9.) WWII German gas mask 2KP 134REGT HOCH-UND DEUTSCHMEISTER the strap has been repaired overall this WWII German Gas Mask is in great shape.

In all, this is a fantastic Luftwaffe Grouping with a nice example of an early German Luftwaffe Helmet, all original. Would be a great addition to any collection or museum.
