Original WWII German SS Enlisted Man's Pink Piped Panzer Visor Cap

- Period Correct with Makers Mark Stamped "Kurt Greupner" -

THIS IS A GREAT VISOR CAP - In great period used condition

This is an all Original as real as it gets WWII German SS Enlisted Man's Pink Piped Visor Cap, Dark Green with Pink Piping. The insignia is great, stands out nicely on this hat. The insignia is original to the cap, and nicely used period looking. The finish of the skull is crisp but dulled by time as would be expected from a period used visor cap. This appearance only adds to vintage look and personality of the cap. This is a superb item inside and out, peaked cap M33 made of light brown leather cotton twill with Panzer pink piping, inside brown lacquered shade cotton oilcloth lining with silver emboss lettering - original makers mark and size - "Kurk Greupner", "Kurschnermeister", "Zschopau / Sa." as marked with brown sweet band 1 1/2" wide. I have seen this manufacture name and identical markings on another verified cap. The diamond shaped moisture shield is fully intact, protecting the makers mark. The sweatband is fully intact, made of tan/brown oilcloth sweatband (as illustrated in Allgemeine and Waffen-SS by Michael D Beaver, Pg. 93) and is in great condition, shows normal wear. The upper panel is finished in orange/brown oil cloth which remains intact and clean. The sides are finished in a golden brown cloth which is intact and in good shape, shows period wear from the original owner.

This cap is as real as it gets, with a verified cap make, this would make a fine part of anyone's collection, mint condition. This is a fantastic original SS Enlisted Man's Panzer Visor Cap in mint condition, a real beauty of a cap that anyone would be proud to own. SS Panzer Visor Caps like this, that are original and in great shape, hardly ever come up for sale, and when they do, they don't last. They are very very rare and are hard to find.  This SS Visors Cap would make a great addition to any top collection or museum, a fantastic piece of history.
