THIS IS A NICE TROPICAL PITH HELMET- In great period used condition

This is an all Original WWII Japanese second model 1943 Tropical Pith Helmet. Nice sharp Japanese Imperial Army Star on front, nice and crisp. The insignia is real nice and stands out nicely on this pith helmet. The insignia' is original to this pith helmet, and nicely used period looking. The finish of the helmet is clean and looks real nice. The sweatband is original and fully intact, made of canvas. The upper inside dome is made of grey/green cloth and is intact and clean. Original correct cloth chinstrap. Makers marks and soldiers name are marked inside. On the brim inside is marked "Front" in Japanese. Overall a nice Japanese Original Tropical Pith Helmet that displays well.
